    What do you think of the Blackeyed Susan Geoff? I read online that the singer had a different band after Britny Fox so when I saw the album at a store naturally I picked it up. You can imagine my surprise when I played it at home... horrible!! :D

     

    How could you not like this song?

     

     

     

    Ha, I don't like it at all, but I do actually remember that song from when I owned the album. Cool clip, weak song.

     

    I prefer the Open Skyz version of that tune Myself.... :tumbsup:

    With the young'ins this evening...seems like several of us have been watching this on Netflix lately :D

    While developers are bulldozing a forest to make a new suburban subdivision, the guy in charge encounters fierce resistance from some very determined raccoons, skunks, and bears in this cheap looking but occasionally funny kiddie comedy.

     

    I almost felt sorry for Brendan Fraser while watching this. Remember when he was a buff, studly action hero type with his own franchise ("The Mummy")? Now he's middle-aged, out of shape and playing second banana to a bunch of CGI critters n a low budget kids' movie. If this is the best he can do nowadays, he needs a new agent.

    I gotta admit, some parts were pretty damn funny...... But yea I kinda feel sorry for Brendan Frasier too.....

    ^^The 2014 "Robo" was too bland. It could've really used a dose of the original's black humor (and the violence needed to be WAY more graphic)....

     

    Oh I agree with you Man.. No blood at all.. And yea it could have really used the dark humor of the original.... But it wasn't all bad.. I actually found Myself enjoying parts of it, but yea the original is WAY Better.....

    Well it was on Netflix so I figured I would give it a chance.. And honestly?? I didn't hate it like I thought I would.... Sure I MUCH prefer the 1987 original, but this version is really not all that bad.. Yes they changed a few things, like how Murphy was killed, and His wife knew about the procedure to make him into Robocop instead of thinking He was dead...And Robocop was alot more mobile and faster in this version....And it had Samual L Jackson which is always a good thing I think.. Plus Michael Keaton really plays a good asshole as the head of Omnicorp....Plus they did leave it open for a sequel as Robocop never did get the guy behind His death... All in all, not the worst movie I have ever seen, but not the best either.....

    Chris Holmes reveals more of his delusions. The only way this guy would ever get into the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame would be as a paying customer. :rofl2:
