  1. I got a few emails from this joker too awhile back........after reading the emails and the poor spelling and grammar, I just ignored him. But reflecting back on the type of emails and the all the grammatical errors, I have to believe, while extremely annoying this guy is......and not to defend his actions or trying to be funny here - but I think the guy may have a mental disabilty or be mentally challenged! Just my two cents.
  2. Yea.......I sense a "crash & burn" scenario on the horizon....though I could be wrong. I certainly hope this is a one-time deal, let them get it out of their systems!
  3. I feel that every band has a right to grow and expand artistically and musically, but what Bon Jovi has done here with Lost Highway was nothing more than a bandwagon move! I have been a long fan of theirs since 7800 F, but I do question their motives here. Sure HAND was a great album IMO, and sure they did strike a radio hit with "Who Says You Can't Go Home", which was a great crossover song. But, I think they are taking advantage of the fact that since country has moved into the realm of rock per se, which I call country/rock or rock/country....whatever, they think they can boost their popularity by going mainstream into the country realm....which in this case has pissed (just about) every BJ fan off. Sure there are a couple of "decent" songs and the album is very radio friendly, and I am sure it will succeed on the billboard charts, country - maybe pop/rock. I downloaded them album first to preview it and I am not happy with it - will I purchase it? NO - not right away... I will wait unitl it is like $3.99 on Ebay for a nice previously listened to copy or something. The biggest challenge for BJ, is a the follow up album after this! I really sense another post-"These Days" scenario coming around........
  4. Blue Tears' 1st album is quite good.......there are a lot of really great tracks and one filler IMO. Though, I have had the demos for quite sometime before they were officially released, I was always a little partial of the demos more than the debut release. When the band released the two demo discs, I am glad some of the songs had been remastered and cleaned up a little, and the to have the correct track listing and song titles. However, when the band released the new album; "Innocent Ones", I was not impressed at all!!! It should really have been a follow up to Attraction 65's debut album... but I think because of the large demand of the Blue Tears demos, I think they thought they could pull it off as a Blue Tears album...which did not work for me.
  5. AS much as I loved the classic BC, when Brian Howe stepped in and took the band towards a more commerical/AOR direction...I was excited, though I was a little to young to remember the original BC on the air waves, so in turn I grew up listening to Bad Company MACH II. I really dug all 4 albums with Brian Howe, and even enjoyed the live album they released, when it came to replace Howe, I was apprehensive - but the new guy did alright with the two albums they recorded... though it was in the vein of the classic BC, they really did not get a fair shot...which probably lead to the classic line up reuniting. CHEERS!
