BEWARE! JAMES LEVINE FROPM NEW JERSEY IS BACK AGAIN, TRYING TO FRAUD A TRANSACTION THROUGH DISCOGS AND PAYPAL.

On October 16, 2023, I sold a CD on the discogs.com website APRIL HARTE - HEATBEAT CD ORDER #5139186, for 79.97 Euros, paid through Paypal transaction number 29V85389A3559794X. I exchanged messages with the buyer and followed the shipping instructions.

I have proof of dispatch from the Post Office with a tracking code to the address given on the website, as well as the customs export declaration issued at the time of posting. I am sending you the aforementioned documents as an attachment.

I even contacted Paypal's call center on 21.10.2021, to clarify any doubts, and was promptly answered and instructed by Carolina, who generated a protocol number 103461372.

took a while to take a fair decision, but thank you Dan for doing what is right....I don´t have to prove anything after 11 years of thousands of successfull deals all over the world...always top collectibles for the elite collectors, and the most important: I never obliged anyone to buy any cd, anyone knows how much the gem worths, most of times with huge discounts! also thanks to all partners/friends for the support with great feedbacks. I was hating to see my name involved in a thead with a "BEWARE" subtitle. I was sad and very disappointed. Many people doing terrible things, ripping off people and I feeling I was in the same bag...Now I am prepared to present the best auction ever, coming until the end of the year...stay tuned!

NO. he is trying to destroy my reputation using a nasty title like "ADRIANO - BEWARE". I will not permit. Everybody know I don´t sell bootlegs. It was a small mistake I apologized and this guy transformed the whole thing.

you just made the damage with your dirty subtitle....stop with the blablabla about this fact...everybody now will ask me the matrix number and proves that I am not selling a boot or fake, as I said to be 100% about a certain cd I don´t own at least more 2-3 copies of the same cd to compare them. As more as you say, less I respect your words. I guess HH members will think the same....you´re not a saint, you were angry and posted this message with bad intentions...I am still asking to moderators to delete all this filth,and I will reply any comment made by you if I feel I was reached. I don´t build my reputation for free...years and years of honest and serious job, sometimes losing money on trades that I had to fixed out due to third parts issues....remember I live in a country with a bad image, also known for some swindlers in the recent past, so I had to work a lot to obtain the actual credibility...you used a very small issue (fortunately not completed) to try to maculate my name...what if if I was not sure about the Glasgow cd? If you show me I was trading a bootleg as an original I would replace it immediately. it´s a $25 cd, not a $1,000 cd!!! I just made some mistakes in the past like 99% of the memebrs here...I believe nobody have any complaint against me (not mentioning the overpriced stuff). So make something fair and agree the cancelation of that messages/posts. at least you could minimize my loss...I leave my last question: WILL YOU ASK EVERYONE TO SEND THE MATRIX NUMBER OF EVERY CD, AND WHAT ABOUT THE WELL KNOWN BOOTLEGGERS THAT ALSO SELL ORIGINALS??? I am sure the community want to know what you have to say. I never tried to deceive anyone.

I ask to all top traders that know me to tell this trader how tough is to get top collectable cds nowadays...I have the right to ask the price I think it´s fair...you, to pay the price...tell him the bad experiences you had with me... I doubt anyone will say a word about I´ve been selling bootlegs...I was asking $25 for a Glasgow cd because I wasn´t sure about the authenticity, a very tough job to identify inclusiv to top sellers with so many bootleggers, that´s all he has to say....I didn´t accept your extorsive conditions, you went mad....stop your nasty game, Utah!

Just to finalize, I would like to say I feel some kind of prejudice against brasilian collector´s since I am a HH member and an ebayer (10 years+), because one or two bad guys here didn´t do the right thing. I spend years trying to build a strong reputation, and I think now it´s dangerously threated. Just read some posts.

Does anybody remember Al Natale or Lonnie Holdaway? The problem are the persons, not the country...the sellers claiming against brasilian traders need to check with who they are dealing, the same with italians, canadians, germans, japanese, aussies, russians, etc, etc...

Anyway I respect your point of view if the matter is only business.

I think I need to express my opinion on this polemic. I had at least 10 lost packages coming from the USA, and 3-4 I sent myself without receipt during 2009. In this case, all of them just replaced. From the packages I didn´t receive I got 50% of my money back. The others are gone.

Question: Should I block american buyers and begin to sell on ebay.co.uk????????? Or stop to buy from US sellers??????????

Canadians are also hard to deal with, I have 2 big problems last year, and I guarantee it was not my fault. If you canadian wants to block me, no problem, I won´t buy from you, unfortunately to whom that believe I am serious.

Italian postal service is really very bad (actually slower than danger).

Brasil hasn´t the best postal service, but it´s not the worst.

the question is: you need to check to whom you are selling/buying, not his native country....only my modest opinion, counting with thousands of transactions over the last 15 years. I didn´t block any country, just persons. I can´t generalize.

This Joker self-titled cd was released in 1995 by the band themselves, they are from Brasil (Minas Gerais State), it´s unfortunately the only released by them. No more than 1000 copies were pressed, its totally out-of-print, very hard to find even here. An awesome blend of old Dokken meets Lynch Mob with some hints of Cinderella. I have a copy available for sale/trade if anyone is interested.

There is also an US band called Joker, they released one album in early/mid ninetees called "Fall and the Sleeper", very good stuff too, also mega rare.
