my favs are 1, 2, 4, & 6, I voted for #1, and I am one of the few people that liked the new remake, the worst would have to be jason goes to hell....the best part of that movie was the setup for freddy vs. jason...jason takes manhatten should have been entitled, "jason has a 10 minute layover in NY" I can't believe they called it that...

ya, very hard to find cd, I tracked down the guitar player Chris a few years back, I was able to get an original copy of the cd for my collection, but he wouldn't part with any more...then a bit later he called me and wanted to know if I had some rare stuff to trade for a couple copies...so we agreed on a trade, but he never sent my stuff...so I actually had to stop by his house and "ask" for my cd's back...it is no wonder this band never went anywhere with the way these guys did business, at least chris.....but the cd is great, and worth tracking down...they actually had a 3 or 4 song demo tape as well and some of those never made it onto the psycos cd, they also appeared on a compilation by a local radio station, I think that tune never appeared on another cd either...that is all I know on these guys...Utah does not have a ton of bands that produced killer indies, but the ones that did are awesome, HARD KNOX, STORMHAVEN, DAGAN, seems like there was one called SOCIETY'S CHILD, also METAL TEARS, LOUD SILENCE..there are a few...

damn, Eonian just keeps producing total works of art....I have always loved Dear Diary, glad to see that coming out...but the real surprise is the WANTED cd, has anyone heard this? I know I had not until steve sent me a sample....this could be the crown jewel of everything he has done so far!! Cannot wait until this one is available....

I gotta agree with matt here, Rock Boulevard by a mile is the better indie, as far as rarity goes, it's a toss up, seems like every so often one shows up of each, goes for big bucks, I am amazed though as to how many unknown indies there are even rarer than rock boulevard and eli, and alot of them rival them in quality, alot don't, but if you are just looking for rarity there are tons as rare or even rarer...I started typing a list yesterday of stuff in my collection that I would put there with rock boulevard in rarity, (not quality of music), just simply the hardest to find indies, and I found myself listing dozens of cd's, there really are lots of stuff indies that are unheard of, until someone lists it on ebay, then everyone wants one...maybe sometime when time permits I will make a list of stuff that are truely amazingly rare, believe me, it takes a while just to list them...every day I find something new that seems to be nowhere to be found, takes years just to find another....having said all that, I wouldn't part with rock boulevard, or the eli's, as a collector of rare indies they are priceless to me...

"the coach" made another move yesterday, traded our best pass catching tight end away....and actually gave a 7th round pick just to get rid of him...??..they did get a 5th round pick, but not sure whey they had to throw in a 7th round pick,.....??? seems like the player for a draft pick was good enough, but ole josh had to make sure we had one less player once again....again, just waiting for the whole team to implode then start rebuilding after josh is gone...rumors now of Dumervil wanting more cash, which usually means adios from josh....

ya, this is one crazy situation in denver.....I can see the arguements on cutler, and marshall, "hey they were crybabies, or disgruntled" or whatever they say about those two guys...but what was the problem with the defensive coordinator? this is the guy who mcdaniels hired himself, then couldn't get along with him either....was he disgruntled too? naw, just mcdaniels being a dick..now miami will have a better defense.....I have been a denver fan since 1977, but right now I am on hold, all I am hoping for is for denver to totally crash, get rid of mcdaniels and start over...the problem is we won't have any players to win with....lets face it, if not for marshall last year, we would have only won 5 or 6 games..he took over some games and made orton look good....he pulled catches out of his ass, when no one else could do anything, against dallas, and others last year....now he will be doing that for miami.... we'll see what happens in the draft, but the team has gotten far worse since last year...people keep telling me to wait and let mcdaniels plan work....well I have seen enough of the patriot way...it has only worked for the patriots, did not work for cleveland or the jets with mangini, did not work in notre dame for wiess....and does not appear to be working in denver....I think he is just flying by the seat of his pants..trying anything....lol... If they truly want to improve they need to pull orton, let Tom Brandstater play some...that kid can play if they will let him...sure he would make rookie type mistakes, but I can take those from a rookie or 2nd year player, whats orton's excuse? although some of the problem with orton is the coach won't let him throw downfield....what an idiot...if orton is gonna be in there, let him loose..this throwing sideways shit, has got to stop...hell, I can do that......oh well...it's just a game right?

Did you buy it from Amazon or directly from the band? The same thing happened to me when I bought Dirty Penny's newest album. The cd from their website is silver pressed while the one you get from Amazon is a cd-r. They have this note posted on the Amazon page: CD-R Note: This product is manufactured on demand when ordered from Amazon.com I think it's incredibly stupid for Amazon to be doing this, but at least they now have a note stating it's a cd-r, unlike when I ordered the Dirty Penny disc. I noticed the cd-r note that amazon has on this cd so I ordered directly from the band....

be aware when buying this, it is a cd-r, although a nice one...I emailed the main guy in the band and he assured me it was a factory pressed silver cd, but was actually a factory pressed cd-r, lol...

I love that release, I wish somebody would put it on cd officially.....cool stuff!

Last I talked to the singer and the guitarist they were not interested in a reissue, but maybe same can change their mind....great cd!

I agree, this should be great, the original was one of my all time favorite movies, but I love the updated special effects, medusa and the kraken (not sure if I spelled that right) look incredible! i will be seeing it...

I just ordered the debbie ray cd today too....I have ordered a bunch of their stuff before and most are nice looking cd-rs with the exception of just a few that are silver pressed...but I had to buy that debbie ray cd no matter what...great stuff...

oh yeah...used to talk alot with Dave Weber, bought tons of stuff from him over the years....sometimes he was a bit slow, but I always got my stuff....

at one time that cd was running a pretty penny on ebay...sold my 2 copies I had of it for over $100 each...now not sure $50-$75 - ish? really not sure....

Mike...I don't have this CD, so I can't check my copy, but the reason your computer has no sound is there is no error correction taking place on your computer drive. Your regular CD player has error correction and attempts to fill in for the missing data..... CORRECTION: this is what I get for posting this at work, and not checking my notes at home....the track that skips on Jungle Blue is track 6, at 1:29, those that have replied allready if you can check one more time and let me know....I apologize for the error, also, there is another defect later in the cd but not as glaring....thanks,...Mike

Hi all, I was wondering who all has purchased the cd Jungle Blue - call of the wild released by Suncity Records? I bought one when it was released, but never listened to it fully....until 2 weeks ago...I have so many new cd's it takes me a while just to get to something like this....anyway, my brother just bought one from Neh Records, and told me it skips.....so I listened to it and it skips but the cd is mint, so I listened to mine and it does it at the same time...on track 2, about 1:29 in, makes what appears to be a skip..but if you play it on a computer it does something different, just has no sound for the duration of the skip..it also has some similar things later in the cd....I emailed mike at Neh Records and he tested a few of his and they do the same thing....I was hoping some folks here that have the jungle blue cd can test theirs on a couple machines and see if anyone else has the problem, or if someone else noticed it too....I am not trying to bad mouth anyone, as I love what Suncity has released, and will buy anything they produce..and I love the jungle blue, just want one that works right....but it seems this one has a flaw and I am wondering if it is over the entire batch or if some were ok.....I emailed Dave at suncity to test and find me one that works ok, and to let him know of the flaw....again, not trying to stir anything up....just curious as hell.....thanks for any help...Mike
