Le Cassette

Originally from West Yorkshire, Le Cassette’s members are now spread across England, creating 80’s inspired music from a distance. With careful attention paid to the detail in their production, the band has produced some of the most unique tracks within the genre. In addition to creating music that is compelling, thoughtful, and at times playful, Le Cassette distinguishes themselves with beautifully arranged vocals, taking inspiration from Peter Gabriel, Roxy Music, and Phil Collins (and sometimes, in their record companies opinion, evoking a young David Bowie).

Their debut album Left To Our Own Devices was released in July 2014.

Hmmm, sorry dudes, don't love this one as much as some of the others. My favourites so far are Magic Dance, Foret De Vin and Kristine. The Midnight was pretty good too.

Yeah I like this CA duo myself, the synths on this are massive and then throw in the distorted lead solos, love it.

Basically this is one massive dance album, albeit on the synthwave side of things, throw this on at any party and the place will be fuckin jumpin'
