Tough one for sure. Flipped a coin between Contagious and Ten. Contagious won.....

Ten has more songs that I really like......but Contagious has "Eyes".....the song that REALLY got me into Y&T.

Had to go with Earthshaker on the strength of "Rescue Me" (one of my favorite hard rock songs ever) along with "Dirty Girl" and "I Believe in You", but they have so many good songs on In Rock We Trust, Down For the Count, Contagious (which contains my fave Y&T song "Eyes of Stranger"), and Ten that it really does make it tough to choose....:P

You and I are on the same page. Ten was next in my book and very close. But Contagious has Eyes of a Stranger which has THE best groove of any Y & T song ever. Not to mention it's a pretty damn sexy song.

Uh yeah... I... uh... missed it because I was... uhm... working with my tools... uh.. yeah, that's it, I was working with my tools on my car and stuff. And then I got in a fight at the local tavern.... yup, that's what I did last night.

Oh yeah, almost forgot, I was looking at chicks too.

Gotta go with Meanstreak as that was the first Y&T album I bought. My best friend and I were haveing this exact conversation a week ago (Road trip/cd buying tour) and he went with Earthshaker. My favorite song "Rescue Me" is on Earthshaker....go figure

This is kinda a tough one.... but since "Yesterday & Today Live" wasn't a choice, I'll go with my favorite Y&T studio release... "Black Tiger".

My 4 favourite Y & T songs are 'This time', 'Come in from the rain', 'Don't be afraid of the dark' and 'She's gone'.

But I voted for 'Contagious' as it's the most consistent album and I believe there are only one or 2 fillers and a whole bunch of gems. Killer disc.

Cheers,

Geoff

Gotta go with In Rock We Trust since it was my first exposure to the band on Friday Night Videos back in the day. I played this one non stop throughout the 80's and never got bored with it. Followed them ever since. Meniketti is quite the frontman. Great songwriter. It is hard to find a bad Y&T album IMO. All have a place in my music library.
