the reason i ask is that he listed his auction item location as The USA but i have to send payment to him in PERU..this set off a red flag...and his name is David Wong..Thanks Danny

I have noticed several sellers of late listing the item i the US and then the payment has to be sent outside the US......I always steer clear of those unless i know the person......There are a couple of japanese sellers who have family in hawaii and have the cd's shipped from there but the payment goes to japan.......But like you said those kinda things do throw up a red flag......
