Dee's last solo album had some solid tunes on it, but this new track isn't doing anything for me

More my kind of thing than his last album. That had some good songs on it, but this sounds more old school metal, which is more my cup of tea.

For what it's worth, I really liked Twisted Sister in 1984 when STAY HUNGRY was released... but probably more for their videos and theatrics than anything else.  Let's face it, Steely Dan they are not. 

Saw them live in 1984 with Iron Maiden... fun show.

Only spun this through once but I thought it sounded pretty damn cool. It is kind of old school metal, but still obviously from a hard rock dude who appreciates commercial appeal. I guess it's metal, but very ear friendly metal with some awesome riffage and good catchy tunes. Sounds like a good solid album.
