But yeah, just trying to think what ballads have a chance at my top 10 this year and I'd be looking at ''How could I let you go' by Confess, 'If it's love' by Confess, 'One of life's mysteries' by Harem Scarem and 'I swear, I'm okay' by SOTY. Outside chance (a pretty likely one too) is 'Song For Joey' by JSS.

Oh yeah, agreed. That's a monster. I probably have a big handful of songs that I'll re-rate higher than initially. I also love the tiny handful of good songs on the You Me At Six album. It's only 2-3 good songs, but they're excellent.

Too metalcore, less hard rock. I liked a lot their debut (I even included 'Aiming High' from them in the Track List for 2013, at the previous page) but no more.

BTW, I've been testing different combinations (more than you possibly think, trust me, I take this seriously) to ensure good compatibility in the songs and pleasant 'album flow', and I think my definitive 2017 Track List is ready... almost!

Big City Dream is in my top 5 songs from the year . Sadly it comes  from a hugely disappointing album.
