Sun Fade

Recommended Posts

I'd like to hear from you fellow collectors.

How do you deal with sun faded CDS? Do you replace them if possible? Do you Care?

It's becoming a royal pain in the ass!

Not sure if this was once a topic, I'm to lazy to check.

Are you talking about cds themselves or the inserts?

Actually, the spine of the inserts.

Mostly, anything yellow.

I personally can't stand sun fading. I know I got a couple of cds with faded spines. Ratt-Reach for the Sky comes to mind. Always bugged me and I have been too lazy to replace it. I initially used to keep my cds in a room with a couple of windows but always with the blinds closed. Now they are in a room with no windows.

My loft has a window, but I have a black curtain blocking it out. I do have two sun roofs. Probably my problem.
