Brief Hellacopters reunion

I know these guys were never more than an underground act in the USA but I think they were pretty popular in Europe, and for me they were one of best European bands of the last two decades. It seems that this reunion took place a couple of years ago, but it's cool to see them onstage again.

Dregen toured Europe with Imperial State Electric. They did the same in Munich.

 

Absolutely love Dregen. Not so into the rest of the stuff he's been involved with.

hahaha, for me it's the contrary, PeterS! To be honest, I've never been a fan of Dregen and I'm not into what he's done since he left The Hellacopters at all. I think that they took a serious leap forward when Dalqvist -who is a much better guitarist than Dregen- and Boba Fett joined the band.

Dregen also was on that Mike Monroe album and toured with him as well, got to meet him along with the others (Sam Yaffa) in Seattle a few years back.

 

I always enjoyed the Hellacopters myself.

I was lucky enough to see the Hellacopters in London a few years ago (on their 'final' tour) - they were superb!
