Best of 2013 thus far?

Recommended Posts

I don't have any complain in the first half of this year, I found lots of interesting albums but of course there are weak stuffs as well which is normal and always happening on any given year, be it 1980, 1989, or 2013, but with many stuffs still comin' out on the 2nd half, I think 2013 will be a strong and promising year

how can it not be with potential new Work Of Art, HEAT, Steel Panther, Night Ranger, Brother Firetribe, Reckless Love, Edens Curse and Baton Rouge.

I mean that's 8 huge albums there..............

I think the ones I'm looking forward to are Confess, Asphalt Valentine (the physical CD) and possibly Sleazer. Plus maybe the new Carcass album in December.

Will the Baton Rouge CD be with Kelly Keeling?

  • 2 months later...

(very) rough update.....still quite a bit I havent heard yet............

1. Pretty Maids - Motherland

2. James Labrie - Impermanent Resonance
3. WET - Rise Up

4. Adrinagale - Suckerpunch!
5. Heavens Basement - Filthy Empire
6. Vega - What The Hell

7. Find Me - Wings Of Love

8. Hardcore Superstar - C'Mon
9. De La Cruz - Street Level
10. Santa Cruz - Screamin

11. Reckless Love - Spirit

12. LaValle - Dear Sanity

13. Faith Circus - Turn Up The Band

14. Degreed - We Don't Belong
15. Crashdiet - Savage Playground

I still love that Crashdiet album, but it just can't compete because of the poor production.

Massive surprises were James Labrie and Heaven's Basement which I both love....great albums.

A lot I havent heard though and Im itching to hear Work Of Art, Maxx Explosion, Edens Curse, Brother Firetribe, Seventh Key and a few others still due or just out.
