I believe it's a way to put people on notice for misbehavior, infractions, etc. I don't know what we'll end up needing to use it, as things tend to be fairly tame around here.

Anybody having problems with the mobile version? It appears to be buggy, and I'm unable to revert to the full version--that button at the bottom just takes me to the top of the page. I do most of my surfing on my phone, so it's really annoying.

when you choose "view new content" on the side you can choose what content to find on the LHS menu. I just changed the option to "New Since Last Visit".
