this reminds me of the 2nd Hinder album in that sure, it is kind of a modern rocker but with a throw back 80's vibe too. GREAT SONG and all the classic muscle cars helps to push the video way into coolsville.

Just got a sneaky listen to that song above. Without discussing the visual presentation of the lead vocalist (), yeah, I gotta agree that sounds good. Can definitely hear Hinder in that. I'll have to check out that 2nd album.

I'm not really sure. They have changed with each album. I heard the first, heard that they came out with a 2nd and didn't know about the 3rd getting ready to come out till the topic was brought up. a buddy of mine didn't care for the 2nd album but I don't remember why.

I'm listening to an album I've had sitting for ages - Folklore And Superstition and I fucking love it.
I've really been missing out. Just listed all their other albums to get based on the strength of this 2008 one.
Hopefully they are as good.

Shocked to see only a couple of general threads on them.

Sorry mate, I think these guys are absolutely terrible. 'Between The Devil & The Deep Blue Sea' was an okay album, imo, but I dislike all the rest, especially the last two. This new one is awful to my ears... I really need to stop even giving them a chance.

When I listened to Folklore And Superstition I instantly liked the songs.

So that takes that part out of the equation.

I guess it's just different strokes for different folks.
Was this a band you described as being like Saliva?

I said they sounded like Saliva? Maybe somewhere along the line, but if I said that it would only have been about that one album I mentioned above. The rest is not similar to Saliva at all, imo. I'm not a gigantic fan of either band, but I much, much prefer Saliva.

I love between the devil and the deep blue sea , like the debut and the follow up , like parts of the last album and absolutely hate the new one , they have gone full on blues rock it would seem which is not for me , great band live though
