Sounds good to me for what it's worth. First track, 'Wicked Vikki', is great and the sound isn't really punky as I thought it would be.

These guys have been around a while now. I believe they even have their own thread somewhere on Heavy Harmonies.

 

The started of as a total glam band, something i the realm or Pretty Boy Floyd or Poison. Had some really good songs, and released at least 2 EP.

 

The all of a sudden about 18months ago they completely changed their image to the dark glam image and now produce something sounding like a mix of Wednesday13, Faster Pussycat and Alleycat Scratch. Some real dark, agressive sleaze.

 

Definitely one worht checking out. Pretty sure that they EP Deadboys Making Noize was in my top 5 last year.

Just started spinning this one the other day and they are definitely moving up the Best of 2010 list. This is going to be a tough year to make a distinct Top 5, many are going to be interchangeable. But no complaints here!

Yeah, very good album. First 5 songs are excellent, 6 is a bit of a filler and then the rest are pretty sweet too. If I had to be critical I would say that I wish the drums were heavier. It's such a ballsy CD, but the weak drum sound takes a little away from the bollocks of everything else. Still, great album, especially those first 5 songs.
