RECKLESS LOVE Featuring Ex-CRASHDIET Singer Inks Deal With UNIVERSAL MUSIC Finland - June 18, 2009

RECKLESS LOVE, the Finnish hard rock quartet fronted by former CRASHDIET singer H. Olliver Twisted (a.k.a. Olli), has inked a deal with Universal Music Finland. The band's first single, "One More Time", has already received airplay on the national radio station YleX and the feedback has been "great," according to a press release.

RECKLESS LOVE is currently putting the finishing touches on its debut album, due out in February-March 2010.

Olli sounds better singing for these guys than in Crashdiet IMO.

Absolutely.

I can only second that.

This band sound great, one more time and beautiful bomb are amazing.

I didn't like Unatractive revolution very much(saw them live, bought the t-shirt and taken a picture with the band).

I already love Reckless love, I got a feeling this will maybe be the album of the year.

New single "Romance" online now! I like it a lot, reminds me a lot of early Bon Jovi...

Good song, yet nowhere near as mindblowing as the 2 other singles. I'm still going to get it. Had I only heard Romance and not the other 2 tracks I'd probably not buy it.

Has anyone heard whether there will be a North American distributor carrying this cd? Really hoping I don't have to part with the kind of money their website is quoting for overseas customers.

Like the new song, too. No, it can't touch either of their first two songs but if the rest of the disc is at least as good as Romance coupled with the firepower of Bomb and Time, this one will enter "to die for" territory on my wantlist!

Can't wait! :headbanger:

Spinefarm are releasing it in Europe in March, so I don't know if they will do it in the US aswell. Have got mine on order, but don't know If I am getting the Scandie version which is out today or the Euro one in March. Either way, can't wait as the 3 songs so far are excellent.

I got mine ordered. At first listen I was really excited that a new band got the late 80's glam sound done right. "Beautiful Bomb" is what I want to hear more of - very catchy with huge soaring chorus is the way to go! The singer is like a David Lee Roth/Vince Neil hybrid.

I asked this in a different post but not sure I got a reply. I also tried to search but this question is hard to search for.

Where do you guys go to find out the details of and buy the Japanese releases of new CD's?

With Crashdiet, Crazy Lixx, etc. coming out soon, I would like to see what other material might be available on the JP release and decide if I want to pay for that or not.

I got my copy of this on the way from AOR Heaven. I actually found a link through Reckless Love's website where you could sample every song off the new cd. One I heard all the samples, I was sold. This is some good stuff.
