Reputation

  1. Iced Earth- Burnt Offerings Satan- Life Sentence Marduk- Plague Angel Axewitch- Lord of the Flies
  2. It's amazing how bad it is. Again, good album but the overall sound is sooo disappointing.
  3. Helloween- Walls of Jerico (2-disc edition with "Oernst of Life" bonus track included!!!) Poison Idea- The Fatal Erection Years
  4. Very good alum from Tony, who actually does a really good job on vocals. That said, this album has one of the worst production jobs on any cd I've ever heard. It's a shame really. I wish someone would remix and remaster this one.
  5. Virus- Pray for War/Force Recon reissue on Marquee.
  6. FnA created a shipping label when I ordered the cd, but never shipped it. I filed a claim with Paypal today. Should get a "nice" response from them.
  7. Well damnit. I ordered Femme Fatale- One More for the Road from them about a week and half ago. It still has not arrived. Wish I had seen this thread before. Anyway, we'll see what happens. This could get interesting.
  8. Don Barnes- Ride The Storm I want to give credit where it is due. I'm old and jaded, but I trust the opinions on this board. This album made a lot of "best of" list for last year. It may have been Jez's top pick, which made me take notice. A fantastic album and I would never have paid attention if not for this board. Thanks and cheers!!
  9. Rain finally stopped today. Enjoying a couple of colds on my patio.
  10. Looking forward to this one. Thanks for the heads up.
  11. Burning Starr- No Turning Back Angus- Track of Doom Lethal- Programmed
  12. Went to see Journey a few days ago in Greensboro, NC. It was my wife's birthday so I made sure we had great seats. Great show, but here's my problem. No Arnel material. That, to me, makes it feel like a tribute band. He deserves more than that. The albums he has done with Journey are fantastic, should have had some of his songs in that set.
  13. You'll have to dig through these, but lots of good female fronted bands on these threads: http://heavyharmonies.ipbhost.com/index.php?showtopic=33577&hl=%2Bfemale+%2Bfronted http://heavyharmonies.ipbhost.com/index.php?showtopic=32718&hl=%2Bfemale+%2Bfronted&do=findComment&comment=700058
