  1. Doesn't work for me unfortunately.
  2. Well, singing has never really been their strong point.
  3. Well, although I couldn't be there in person, I was really excited to watch Crashdiet play what I believe was their first gig in the U.S. last night at the Key Club in L.A. Unfortunately it was a real let down. The lead vocals were very flat with some weak attempts at screams here and there, and the band in general was a little subdued. Has that been the experience of others who have seen them live, or was this maybe just an off-night? I was left thinking they should get Olliver back from Reckless Love. Here's the video of their set: Crashdiet live at Key Club 11/12 And for amusement here's a clip of Pretty Boy Floyd, who played before Crashdiet and sounded equally unimpressive (although expected in this case): Pretty Boy Floyd live at Key Club 11/12
  4. "Great song"? Surely you guys are joking. This makes "Bang Bang" sound like Metallica.
  5. Bangalore Choir doing an entire album? May God have mercy on their souls.
  6. Only 400 tickets? Sad. Reckless Love played to a way bigger crowd at Download.
  7. Yeah, because mass murders NEVER happen in the Western world...
  8. I haven't heard the 2nd album. The first is OK, but pretty basic. I can't say I'm a big fan of the vocals either. Major props for the Transformers theme though.
  9. The single sounds disturbingly AOR. I hope there's more metal stuff on the album.
  10. What a depressing thing to say. Anyway it's a music video - you've got to have some cute dames in the crowd. I think if you look closely you'll see they're not really that young.
  11. I have to break ranks and say this is very generic and bland apart from Angel in Black (by Autograph).
  12. My 3 year old daughter likes 'Beautiful Bomb'.....says it all really. Sounds like it should be on cbeebees And the video is horrific... How so? The bomb segments are a little dull to be sure. Not sure why it takes so long to get the woman into a bikini.
  13. Yep. Even on the slightly weaker tracks (on their first 2 discs) I love the big sound Firehouse get & that edges-it over the Stryper tunes for me. I have to admit, I had a look through the track lists on both albums and expected to drop a whole list worth of Firehouse songs that were inferior to Stryper ones, but I came up a little short. They really are two excellent albums. But that said, still love the Stryper disc and I'd personally take those three songs over quite a few on the Firehouse CDs. The chorus in 'Two time woman' is one of the hugest ever. Two Time Woman is fantastically catchy. Two Bodies and Not that Kind of Guy rule too.
  14. Bands with generic names are also very frustrating to search for: Europe, KISS, Cinderella, Firehouse, Rainbow, The Cult, All Ends, The Answer, Rage, Loudness, Thunder, etc. I wonder if bands today think long and hard about creating more search-friendly names.
  15. Thanks, I'll check it out! Sure. That's how I watch most of the time, because the Dolphins are never televised in my market. The only thing is that the NFL is also looking for those live feeds, and shut them down once in a while, so you may need to switch feeds once or twice to make it all the way through a game.
