www.musik-sammler.de is excellent site for doing this, all you need is to learn 5-10 German words and it's really easy from that on. ... the biggest collector there is just over 18.000, maybe some HH guy will beat it? biggrin.gif

I just made a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
Notes are used for weird stuff, like Made In West Germany.

Same here. Excel works just fine.
But what's weird about being made in West Germany ?? unsure.gif

Better than being made in East Germany.
That was a pretty good joke from you Swazi. I think you knew I meant I make a note where my CDs are made. A few of the first run CDs from Mercury/Polydor were Made in West Germany. I wish I was in Germany right now. That's the only country that seems to respect Russ Ballard, he seems to like to tour there. Would love to see him in concert. Sorry, getting off topic.

Ha ha ha .. !! Sure I did ! wink.gif
Russ Ballard is awesome. I have seen him live last year here in Munich. Such a skinny and tiny person, but what a tremendous show !!

I'm envious. I've liked him since the early 80s. I don't think he'll ever come to the States. I've told people about him, and nobody's ever heard of him. But when you say all the stuff he's done, people recognize him then.

Well, Russ Ballard actually wrote famous songs such as "God Gave Rock 'n' Roll to You" for Kiss, "I Surrender" and "Since You Been Gone" for Rainbow and "So You Win A gain" for Hot Chocolate. Other people/bands he wrote songs for were amongst others Roger Daltrey, America, Santana, Thunder and even Magnum. He is a legend !
