No Doug Aldrich - not interested in ''Hurricane'' these days. Probably wouldn't be even if he was.... was a long time ago, people change and it wouldn't sound the same

 

I know he wasn't their original guitarist but man, what he did on that ''Slave To The Thrill'' album is amazing

Agreed. They probably would have been better off just starting a new band.

Everybody will just be comparing it to previous albums.

To me Hurricane is a band whose good stuff is incredible, but their bad stuff is horrendous. Unfortunately the former is outweighed by the latter.

"Livin' over the edge" is still one of my favourite all time tracks though.

Great to be optimistic and open minded I know I am but when the bands early stuff is horrific it seems impossible to generate anything listenable.

I have never liked Hurricane. To me they sound like a generic Warrant. They do have awesome cover art and that's what led me to buy their albums.

They ought to take all the orginal members out of the "new" Hurricane and the "new" Autograph and combine them all into one band. Auto-Cane? Hurry-Graph?
